The SIT7226LR1R is a digital temperature sensor with 16-bit resolution and an LSB of 7.8125 m°C. It achieves ±0.3°C (maximum accuracy) within a temperature range of 20°C to 50°C without additional recalibration. Each chip is specially calibrated before shipment to achieve an accuracy of ±0.3°C (maximum) within the 20°C to 50°C range.

Temperature data can be read directly via a digital interface. The SIT7226LR1R supports I2C communication with a maximum speed of 1MHz.
