The SIP2326 is a high-performance color sensor with a small footprint, featuring ambient light and color sensing capabilities, and outputting response values via an I2C communication port.
The SIP2326 internally contains four RGB and IR channels, as well as one scintillation channel. Four sets of photodiodes with ultra-high sensitivity and low dark current, each equipped with specific RGB and IR optical filters, are key components of the device. These filters appropriately simulate the human eye's response and support accurate measurements of illuminance, chromaticity, and correlated color temperature from various ambient light sources. Precise timing control and independent gain settings for different channels facilitate measurements over a wide range of illuminance levels.
The SIP2326 has an internal 512-byte FIFO used as a data buffer. The SIP2326 can also be used to detect the flicker frequency of a light source.
The SIP2326 supports a synchronous operating mode triggered externally via the SYNC pin.
Precise RGB filter coating, close to CIE-1931 XYZ standard.
Ultra-high sensitivity, low noise, low dark current
Integration time is configurable, and the gain of the RGB and IR channels can be set independently.
Integration can be synchronized with external signals.
