The SIA9197 is a mono digital input Class D audio amplifier with a built-in 12V adaptive boost converter and a maximum output power of 7.2W.
The adaptive boost converter tracks the audio envelope in real time, and with the Y-bridge output architecture powered by 1.8V, it significantly improves the overall efficiency of the chip and effectively extends the device's battery life.
The chip has built-in voltage/current detection to monitor the speaker status in real time and work with external algorithms to achieve intelligent protection; it is equipped with over-temperature, over-current, under-voltage and configurable low-power protection mechanisms to provide comprehensive protection for the stable operation of the chip.
The chip supports flexible I2C configuration, and four devices can share the I2S/TDM bus, facilitating the expansion of multi-channel audio systems;
The chip is packaged in a 36-ball WLCSP with a 0.35mm ball pitch and can operate stably over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
