The SIS7500 is an OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) driver chip specifically designed for camera motors. It is a single-chip integrated solution that incorporates a high-sensitivity Hall sensor, a PID controller, and a constant current driver.
The SIS7500 supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V and integrates a 12-bit DAC (digital-to-analog converter) for precise output current regulation. Under default conditions, the maximum output current is ±150mA. Through configuration, maximum output currents of 50/100/150/200mA can be achieved, maximizing the utilization of DAC output accuracy.
The SIS7500 employs a flexible PID algorithm design, supporting the writing and switching of multiple sets of different PID parameters. It also incorporates a linear calibration algorithm and provides 64 bytes of free space for user customization.
In terms of interfaces, the SIS7500 supports both I2C and I3C interfaces. It operates in I2C mode by default. Furthermore, it supports 1.2V and 1.8V platform interfaces, allowing simultaneous support of both voltage specifications in the default I2C interface without requiring special chip configuration.
In I2C mode, the SIS7500 supports a maximum operating frequency of 3.4MHz; while in I3C mode, it supports a maximum operating frequency of 12.5MHz. This versatility enables seamless integration and high-performance operation across various platforms and applications.
