The SIA9255 is a mono digital input Class-D audio amplifier with built-in hardware SITune algorithm and a 7V dynamic boost converter, optimized for efficiently driving high peak power from small speakers. The hardware SITune algorithm includes EQ, MBDRC, OPC, AGL, POSTAGC, static displacement control, and speaker temperature protection.

This Class D amplifier can drive speakers from 4Ω to 8Ω, providing up to 2.7W of output power (8Ω, unclipping).

The integrated speaker current detection function can monitor the speaker in real time, which helps external algorithms protect the speaker from damage.

The chip is packaged in a 22-ball FCQFN package with a 0.4mm pitch, and measures 2.00mm × 2.50mm × 0.55mm. The product can operate over a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
