Wuhan Juxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Juxin Micro") recently updated its prospectus, preparing for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
In July 2025, Juxin Micro completed its D+ round of financing, raising a total investment of 510 million yuan.

The lead investor in Juxin Micro's D+ round was China Internet Investment Fund, which subscribed for RMB 150 million. Junrong Development Venture Capital Fund (Hubei) Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 49.75 million, Changjiang Securities Innovation Investment (Hubei) Co., Ltd. subscribed for RMB 49.5 million, and Taiping Science and Technology Innovation (Shanghai) Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 45 million.

Shenzhen Dacheng Chuangcheng Private Equity Investment Fund Enterprise (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 42.19 million, Wuhan Optics Valley Science and Technology Innovation Industry Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 40 million, Anhui Huaye Qicheng Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 30 million, and Hangzhou Dacheng Chuangcheng Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 25.31 million.
Xiangyang Innovation Investment Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Huaye Lanxin Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Ningbo Yongyuan Hongkun Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) each subscribed for RMB 20 million, Shenzhen Huaye Xinlian Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 9.6 million, and Hunan Dacheng Caixin Phase I Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) subscribed for RMB 7.5 million.
The cost per share for Juxin Microelectronics' D+ round was 176.99 yuan, and the post-investment valuation was 5.3 billion yuan.
Juxin Microelectronics completed its Series D financing of 300 million yuan in December 2021, with a post-investment valuation of 4.8 billion yuan and a cost per share of 176.99 yuan.
Annual revenue of 850 million
Founded in January 2016, Juxin Microelectronics is a high-tech company specializing in the design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal chips. Its headquarters are located in Wuhan Optics Valley Future Science City, and it has R&D centers in Europe, Shenzhen and Shanghai.

Juxin Microelectronics has two major product lines: 3D optics and intelligent audio. Among them, the intelligent audio power amplifier has been recognized by mainstream mobile phone manufacturers due to its differentiated products and cost performance. The time-of-flight sensor used for 3D imaging adopts back-illuminated (BSI) technology and has the characteristics of high precision, small pixel size, high resolution, low power consumption and full integration. It can be applied to fields such as artificial intelligence, facial recognition, autonomous driving, AR/VR, 3D modeling, motion capture, and machine vision, and has promising commercial applications in mobile phones, security, automobiles and other fields.
In the first quarter of 2026, Juxin Microelectronics sold approximately 176,982 units of its intelligent sensing products, 1,123 units of its machine vision products, and 9,567 units of its imaging technology products. We expect sales to increase for the remainder of 2026.
Based on a strategy focused on wearable devices, several new intelligent sensing products developed in response to market demand received their first orders in January 2026, marking the initial commercialization stage of the wearable-related business. Juxin Microelectronics' optical navigation sensor completed tape-out in March 2026 and is expected to be commercialized in the second half of 2026.
Juxin Microelectronics' image coprocessor and dual-axis integrated OIS products have completed tape-out and are currently progressing according to the established R&D roadmap. Juxin Microelectronics' dToF ranging sensor has entered the early commercialization stage and is undergoing small-scale mass production. Juxin Microelectronics delivered approximately 78,000 OIS driver chip products in the first quarter of 2026. With these advancements, Juxin Microelectronics has expanded its customer base and broadened its application scenarios, gradually extending its products to high-end handheld photography equipment and smart glasses.
In January 2026, Juxin Micro secured new customer partnerships in application areas such as robotic vacuum cleaners, personal computer webcams, and real-time conferencing systems.

According to the prospectus, Juxin Micro's revenue in 2023, 2024, and 2025 was RMB 242 million, RMB 667 million, and RMB 854 million, respectively; gross profit was RMB 57.03 million, RMB 156 million, and RMB 208 million, respectively; and net profit for the period was RMB -110 million, RMB 9.73 million, and RMB 26.49 million, respectively.

In 2025, Juxin Micro's revenue from optical sensing was RMB 271 million, accounting for 31.7%; revenue from smart audio was RMB 383 million, accounting for 44.8%; and revenue from vibration sensing was RMB 383 million, accounting for 44.8%.

Juxin Micro's adjusted net profit for 2023, 2024 and 2025 was -25.46 million, 71.07 million and 71.38 million yuan, respectively.

As of December 31, 2025, Juxin Microelectronics held RMB 717 million in cash and cash equivalents.
Huawei, OPPO, and Xiaomi are shareholders.
The executive directors of Juxin Microelectronics are Liu Deheng, Kong Fanxiao, Zhan Wanxing, and Yu Hong; the non-executive directors are Liu Kai and Wang Fuyu; and the independent non-executive directors are Wang Mingkun, Gao Teng, and Xing Xinpeng.

Prior to the IPO, Liu Deheng held 20.56% of the shares, Juxin Micro Enterprise held 10.08%, Zhike Juxin held 3.72%, Zhituo Juxin held 3.53%, Zhihui Juxin held 3.47%, and Wuhan Zhixin held 0.59%. Zhan Wanxing held 1.45%, Kong Fanxiao held 1.22%, and Liu Xuefeng held 0.08%.

Liu Deheng is the founder, chairman of the board, and CEO of Juxin Microelectronics; Zhan Wanxing is the co-founder, general manager, chief operating officer, and board secretary; Kong Fanxiao is the co-founder, vice general manager, and marketing director.
Heli Guoxin holds 4.1% of the shares, Wuyuan Qixing holds 4.05%, OPPO Guangdong Mobile holds 3.82%, Huawei's Hubble Technology holds 3.66%, Hushan Xinju holds 3.22%, China Internet Investment Fund holds 2.83%, Suzhou Yuanming holds 2.5%, Hainan Qixing holds 2.35%, and Huaye Qirong holds 2.07%.
Wuyue Huano holds 2.03% of the shares, Taiping Kechuang holds 1.91%, Shenzhen Dacheng Chuangcheng holds 1.79%, Huaye Qicheng and Qihou Jixu each hold 1.27%, Xiaomi Changjiang holds 1.26%, Qihou Xihai holds 1.21%, Science and Technology Innovation Corridor Venture Capital holds 1.18%, and Quantum Leap holds 1.13%.
