Handheld Imaging Devices

SI provides comprehensive semiconductor solutions for handheld imaging devices, covering imaging, optical sensing, audio, and haptic applications. The camera system can integrate a flicker sensor, OIS driver IC, dToF ranging sensor, and multispectral sensor to enhance professional imaging performance. An ambient light sensor supports automatic brightness adjustment and environmental sensing, while a smart audio amplifier and audio SoC enable high-quality audio recording and playback. A built-in haptic linear motor provides precise tactile feedback during shooting and device operation.

    The OIS image stabilization chip, combined with dToF, multispectral, and anti-flicker sensors, solves core pain points such as handheld shooting shakiness, inaccurate focus, light flicker, and color distortion, making it suitable for outdoor and indoor short video shooting.

    The light sensor can automatically adjust the brightness of the camera screen according to the ambient light, ensuring clear framing in both bright and low-light outdoor environments.

    The audio SoC and smart amplifier simultaneously optimize the recording and video playback audio quality, eliminating the need for additional audio equipment and meeting the audio recording needs of self-media creators.

    The Haptic linear motor drive provides graded vibration feedback, making operations such as focusing and starting/stopping shooting clear and enhancing the handheld control feel.
